My experience with the KLM Airlines Chicago Office was excellent. When I had questions about bookings and flights, the personnel was helpful and competent. They made sure I understood my options and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The wait was a little lengthy, but it was more than made up for by the helpful and kind customer service. All things considered, I had excellent treatment and would suggest this office to anyone in need of KLM help.
